In this DEMO section, you can experience how a very basic telephony setup can be built for your business. Read the explanation below, or you can pick up your phone and dial +65 65898481 to experience it.

STAGE 1

Please dial +65 65898481. You will hear an automated greeting welcoming your customers to your business. Your customers will then hear a menu prompt on the departments they wish to be connected to. Your customer selects from the options.

STAGE 2

Now your customers will hear some music and if the call is not answered after some time, there will be a reminder to state that the agents are all busy. Your customers will be offered to continue to wait on the line for the call to be answered or they can opt to press 0 to leave a message so you can get back to them.

STAGE 3

If your customers chooses to leave a message for a call back, they will be redirected to the voicemail section. The voicemail they leave will then be sent as an email attachment to your email so you can download and hear them from anywhere.
